Jacob Surette

Player Bio

Jacob Surette is a middle blocker for Ball State University Men’s Volleyball and joins the Champions Unlimited Europe Tour roster as part of the program’s 2026 international training and competition experience.

Originally from Riverside, Surette developed through both the high school and California community college volleyball systems before continuing his collegiate career at Ball State University. Standing at 6-foot-6, he brings size, physicality, and efficient offensive production to the middle blocker position.

Before arriving at Ball State, Surette competed for Orange Coast College, where he helped contribute to multiple successful seasons and championship runs.

During the 2025 season, Surette appeared in 23 matches and helped lead Orange Coast College to a 21-4 overall record. He averaged 1.99 kills per set with an impressive .459 hitting percentage while adding nearly one block per set defensively. His performance earned him Second Team All-Orange Empire Conference honors.

As a freshman in 2024, Surette contributed to an undefeated 20-0 season and helped Orange Coast College capture its third consecutive CCCAA Volleyball State Championship. He averaged 1.54 kills per set, hit .558 offensively, and averaged 1.17 blocks per set throughout the season.

Surette will join Champions Unlimited this summer as part of the organization’s Europe Tour experience, where athletes train, compete internationally, and continue developing within a high-performance environment led by elite-level coaches and staff.
