Peter Chriss
Player Bio
Peter Chriss recently completed his freshman redshirt season as a setter for Penn State Men’s Volleyball.
Prior to joining Penn State, Peter built an impressive volleyball résumé through USA Volleyball, elite club competition, and high school leadership.
Peter represented Team USA as a member of the U19 National Team and competed at the 2025 Pan-American Games, where he earned a Gold Medal.
At the club level, Peter played for Bay to Bay Volleyball Club in San Jose, California, where he served as co-captain and helped lead his team to the 2024 AAU Boys’ Junior National Championship.
His teams consistently medaled in the nation’s highest competitive divisions and earned Gold Medal finishes at the Brickyard Battle, SoCal Cup, and NorCal Championship in 2024.
Throughout high school, Peter was a four-year captain of Menlo-Atherton High School’s Varsity Boys’ Volleyball Team. He was named Team MVP in both 2024 and 2025 and helped lead the program to Peninsula Athletic League Championships in 2022 and 2025.
