Athletes participate in multiple daily on-court sessions, systems training, film study, recruiting education, and mental performance preparation, all within a professional training structure.

Are both individual athletes and teams allowed?

Yes. The program offers both individual athlete participation and team-based training. However, team participation is limited and requires approval.
